5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, gogame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. gogame's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting errors in promotion mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit gogame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 You may close your gogame account at any time by contacting gogame support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.
11.2 gogame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

12.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.5 Nothing in this clause shall prevent gogame from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
13.1 gogame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gogame will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
13.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at gogame.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
